Hopefully EJ, TB, and Hump will prove to be our three next big time CBs.

I don't think it a coincidence that our 2011 defense had two 1st rounders playing at corner.

I was also thinking about how having a guy like Christion Jones is going to help our offense this year. If teams decide to punt to him we should regularly end up with good field position.

The "freak athlete" thread on the SECRb has become a joke

I mentioned Bo Scarborough as one of the top athletes in the 2014 class, got some support from Rise and then of course the LSU Tards all come in there trying to compare LF so......

...AS A COMPARISON ON RUNNING STYLE AND ATHLETICISM PLAYING FOOTBALL AND RUNNING STYLE

I maderovisions for my comparison and typed as much and simply said LF reminded me more of Marcus Dupree and Scarborough more like Bo Jackson

OOOOHHHHHHHH MY that rustled some damn jimmies

1 such response:

quote:

Scarborough runs a 4.6, Bo Jackson ran a 4.12. Just admit it was a pathetic comparison and let's move on. Pictures of big muscles and big veins that you jerk off to before bed time does not make a once in a generation athlete. If you want to continue the Fournette vs. Scarbrough discussion I will ban bet you at any time that Fournette has a better career than Scarbrough.

I posted the pic from the Nike Camp when he was like 16 and that's what he is referring to

I miss the actual discussion days on the SECRb

Bo doesn't get the love he deserves in this class. Part of that I believe is because he committed so early. The kid is gona be special. Highlight tape is unreal.

Sorry to interrupt your thread but I was reading on another board that Jovan Robinson might commit to you guys soon. Any word on if this is true?

Thanks.

I think that and having the "athlete" title attached to him didn't help. I feel like when a guy is considered an athlete and doesn't have a set position he sort of gets overlooked.

What's our chances on the two Madison academy backs Kerryon Johnson 2015 and Kemoni Miller?

Robinson has said Alabama is his favorite in the past few months. I don't know if he can commit right now though.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I was just surprised to hear that with Flowers already committed and Johnson still on the board.

Kerryon Johnson was getting ready to make his decision a few weeks ago, but Pruitt, his lead recruiter, left FSU. Had he chosen when he was supposed to he would have been FSU bound. His family has ties to FSU (alumni maybe?) and he is a big fan. The biggest negative thing for us is the questions about whether we are truly recruiting him as a running back or a safety.
Is Kemoni also known as Malik? That's all I could find for profiles. Saban visited him in January, and Miller's timeline is filled with AU visits.

I wish Saban would at least entertain the idea of bringing in Cody Riggs the same way Bama is with Coker. He wants to go play CB somewhere and could be a great stop-gap for this yr with experience while the young studs learn the position

Johnson had planned to commit early and delayed that decision when Pruitt left FSU for Georgia. He also called Kiffin right after he became OC. I think we probably lead right now, but if he had chosen early he was Tallahassee bound IMO.

I don't know who Kemoni Miller is, but I know Malik Miller. He got an offer last weekend during Junior Day. I guess we are in his Top 2 at least. We are a long way from NSD 2016.

Looks like you beat me this time.

Malik Miller is in the Class of 2016 though. He is the only RB we have offered in that class so far.

I saw an article on scout from August. The miller kid had visited Bama and Tuscaloosa felt like hone. But he has since been heavily recruited by Auburn.

Something smells funny regarding his whole situation. He was going to be a starter for Florida next season. Why would he leave unless he was forced to?

We don't have room for him either.

I totally missed that Malik Miller is 2016.

Strange that 247 doesn't list his Bama offer. They must have forgotten to update his profile.

He's not on the offer list for the 2016 class over there either. Must have gotten lost in the shuffle when Evans committed.

I can't remember, does Riggs have 2 years of eligibility left? If not, he can't transfer to an SEC school. Even if he does, UF probably wouldn't release him to a team on their schedule next year.
