Here is a video of Rashaan Evans from March of last year. It's funny listening to it now particularly when the interviewer asks him about going to Bama. LINK

The guy asking the questions said that Rashaan lived in Auburn, Georgia.

I guess the family reunions will be a little awkward
God the Barners were so sure that he would be theirs. So sweet.

Don't be surprised if the Evans family moves to Tuscaloosa. Alan said it was a possibility if Rashaan picked us a few weeks ago.

People bitch about special teams when they are struggling but question the use of scholarships on punters and kickers. I will never understand that logic.

I wish kickers in high school didn't use tees. Really makes ranking them unreliable.

You roll the dice with kickers and punters. We've just missed lately.
Perhaps Scott changes that.

Because you can take 5 walk on's if they work out they do, if they don't they don't. When two of those guys become entrenched then give them a scholarship. It worked with Tiffin, Shelley, and Mandell much much better than Foster, Smith, and Williams.

Not one scholarship special teams player has earned a scholarship under Saban

Last year at this time people were bitching about giving Cole Mazza a scholarship too.
He's already the best LS in the SEC.
Let's hold our judgement on Scott for at least a year OK?

These are questions I have had for some time, so in the interest of thread post count, I will throw them out
Are certain coaches on the staff "assigned" certain players?
If so, how often do they generally speak?
Why would the position coach not directly recruit each player in his area of responsibility? (I have on occasion noticed an offensive coach recruiting a defensive prospect)
