Hell yeah, this team is starting to grow on me. Not perfect, by any means, but they play with pluck and grit.

He sure can throw a beautiful deep ball.

That 3rd and 15 w/ 1:05 left in the 1st, Tide down 6 - he threw the [50 yd in air] touchdown. I thought they would tack on a Arkansas penalty for 'roughing the kicker' it had so much air. I hope we never need to see him throw hail Marys, but he can absolutely do it, if needed.

Until then, when given time [and if he and the receivers are on the same page], he's a monster.

Here's hoping the next two games can be [positive] statements for the offense.

Not a deep throw but the throw he made to Niblack to end the game while getting absolutely smoked was a thing of beauty. It was like a three point shot. Just perfect.

The pass to Benson was not going to be a first down.

The passes he throws to the check-down receivers are usually late, high or behind them.

We scored 3 pts in the second half. Not acceptable.

The game winner was a great play. I thought it was a little funny when Coach Saban said they practiced that in the interview after the game. The six or eight plays before that were bad. I wonder if they practice that too. Auburn kept Alabama on their heels the entire game and could have won. Thankful for the win going into the SEC game.

And if the previous play, where everyone blamed Alabama's center for the errant snap... turned out to be caused by an auburn safety clapping, I love it even more. Frick Auburn.
