@AlabamaBSB HC Greg Goff completed full-time staff w/ @GreenWaveBSB assistant Sean Allen. That’s a very solid hire. Will be associate HC.

I don't do Twitter, but someone on BOL is saying Allen has removed all the Alabama related stuff from his Twitter account. I'm assuming the thinking is he may have decided to follow Pierce to Texas.

Barring a last-second change of heart, @UCF_Baseball head coach Terry Rooney is headed to @AlabamaBSB as associate head coach. What a hire.

And no change of heart from Terry Rooney: He's @AlabamaBSB bound as associate head coach. Love the staff Greg Goff has put together. #RTR

Damn what a get. Back to back regionals for UCF too. Should be fun this season.

Hopefully a regional in year one. Graduation and MLB draft gutted the roster and recruiting class. But lots of potential for the future. Just need to salvage the 2017 class.

Goff loves the Jucos. Bet he fills some holes from those ranks this class.

No way he is taking that job for free. He has to have been given a paid administration gig somewhere on campus.

** I'm told that Michael Chadwick, currently the assistant athletic director for internal affairs at the University of Montevallo, is expected to join new UA baseball coach Greg Goff's staff as director of baseball operations. Chadwick, who previously split time as the Falcons’ head athletic trainer and assistant athletic director, is responsible for overseeing business affairs, facility and event operations as well as sports medicine and strength and conditioning at UM.

Me too.

It could be just the joy of something new, but he seems to be a fricking genius staff evaluator/recruiter.

Translation: he's not sitting on his arse, saying how tough everything is, and how competitive the league is and how close we are to breaking through, yada, yada. I already think the guy is a winner and he hasn't coached a game in Crimson yet.

Has Nick Eicholtz officially signed with the Marlins yet? I can't find it. If he hasn't, then we get him back.

Agreed 100%. I absolutely love this hire. He has won everywhere he's been and now has an excellent staff around him. Go back and listen to his press conference. This is a guy who wants to be here
