Whether McMillon would start next year in another convo, but his situation is exactly the situation that medical redshirts were created for. Him obtaining a medical redshirt is an absolute slamdunk, and this is 100% how "6th year Seniors" are created.

I wasn't implying it wouldn't be easy for him to get a 6th year. Tbh, I don't know if it is or isn't.

Btw, Keilan Robinson performed well in today's scrimmage, appears to be back to 100% on his speed, quickness, shiftiness, elusiveness, etc.

He wasn't one of my favorites, but I watched him during one of the practice video, and he was really impressive

On BOL everyone is losing their minds on the injuries...evidently McMillon’s bad lifting form caused his knee injury during a scrimmage and we need to seriously take a look at Cochran. Also according to most posters we need to eliminate scrimmages and look at better equipment.

Yeah sounds like a load of bull shite. Injuries happen and it's apart of the game.

And, you know with McMillon we still had 10/11 being elite. No shade. If anything without McMillon we will be 11/11.

I gotta disagree here. Team sports are not about having the best individuals, it's about having the best team - and our best defensive team in 2019 includes McMillon on the field.

Also, he isn't exactly chopped liver athletically.

But you are right. Coach up the next guy. And while we're at it, let's coach up the next guy's replacement.

One thing I will say is this

Tua looked really sharp

Reichard is the best punter and kicker by a long shot

They tried McKinney at dime and also Surtain at nickel and it wasn’t comfortable at all and they moved them back.

Still don’t know on Mcmillon

I was happy with everything. TE is interesting

I'm not sure what this means, but as long as it was consensual, then I'm fine with it

Will Amos do anything at TE? Looks like we found a kicker.

he was with the ones on the goalie package and looked pretty damn good honestly. He scored as well. Forristal was running around a bit. I think this may have turned a bit.

Observers' McNuggets:
quote:

Mac Jones looked solid. Lia threw some nice balls, had a good one to Metchie on the 1’s for a TD.

24 (Lewis) was unblockable.

Jerome Ford broke into the second and third level on multiple runs (including a 70-yd TD) on the first team and second team defenses.

He is pretty damn good. He is basically like Henry but loves contact if that makes sense. Total package, speed, anger etc.

Are you referring to 24 on offense or defense..I’m assuming you’re talking about B rob but the dudes above were talking about T Lewis.

I hope Najee and Robinson stay far away from the injury tent.

Yeah I was posting about Lewis (edited to clarify).

Maybe Boz misread "unblockable"

Anyway, Brian Robinson is the real deal.

He's not joking. BOL has some real good posters, but it's also got a lot of clueless ones, nervous nellies and chicken littles. And a lot of them apparently think they have great advice for Saban & Co. on just about everything.

If anyone ever figures out the key to keeping players healthy, he'll make more than the head coach
