Let's check our staff and see if this is true... nope, sark was in fact fired from USC and lost his wrongful termination lawsuit.

I'm certainly no expert on the topic, so I don't know what the different qualifications and things behind it are.

I just know it's something that exists and happens as I've heard cases similar. I'm sure the staff at Alabama is more familiar with the laws than most of us.

Has anything been announced on this yet?

Regardless of what Alabama does, he should lose his license for a few years minimum and spend a little time in jail.

Josh was making like $150k per year to spot players on bench a few times a week and hand out smoothies.

What a goober.

Sucks to read that. Got to meet him and Donta Hightower one A Day in 2013. They were both crashing at Kerry Murphy's apartment which was above mine.

There are some long hours and early mornings involved in college S&C but being an assistant at a program like Alabama is a cake job. There are thousands of good high school coaches that Cochran could turn loose within a week of learning his program.

Players often get too much slack when they get into trouble because their ability is so rare. 6'4'' 220 lbs. with a 4.4 doesn't grow on trees and they also have a bit more of an excuse for being young. But a 30 year old assistant strength coach? Like blades of grass. Fire him and get someone who's not a dumbass.
