Might just be because it was late in the season, but Jacobs had 4-5 carries out of the wildcat formation. Don't remember D Harris having any.

Seemed as the season went on last year, Jacobs was the go to back in short yardage situations.

Dude you got a 9:2 like to not like ratio. Plus somebody gave you a bow down/worship emoji. You’re alright.

Think about it like this; the most innovative films rarely have Rotten Tomato scores in the upper 90s. Most of those are reserved for Hollywood feel-good flicks. Embrace the downvotes. It proves you’re not of the masses.

I liked your post, but I agree with what the other dude said. I think we could have used Jacobs better in the passing game throughout the year and in the red-zone during the Clemson game. Would it have made any difference? Who’s to say? But I doubt we were perfect in how we utilized his talents. And it has nothing to do with his feel good story too. He’s a baller. RTR

Minkah Fitzpatrick has received permission from the Miami Dolphins to seek a trade. LINK

quote:

Former first-round pick Minkah Fitzpatrick has received permission from the Miami Dolphins to seek a trade, according to multiple league sources.

Joel Segal, the agent for the defensive back, has been in contact with a number of teams. Fitzpatrick, the 11th overall pick in the 2018 draft, is a defensive back who is unhappy with playing multiple positions, sources said.

Teams initially have been resistant to the Dolphins' apparent asking price that includes a first-round pick, sources said.

Dolphins GM Chris Grier was unavailable for comment late Thursday night, as was Segal.

A Dolphins official told ESPN they are not actively shopping Fitzpatrick, but did not deny that they have given permission to Segal to discuss a trade with teams.

Fitzpatrick is still expected to play Sunday for Dolphins at home against the New England Patriots.

That team is going to be starting a bunch of no names by season’s end with all these players being traded.

It would be interesting to see who has what in terms of the OL as a whole, rather than specific positions. Bama would likely be high on that list.

I'm a Dolphins fan, but I pray that Tua doesn't get stuck down there.

Things are looking pretty bleak down there at the moment.

Jacobs had another good game and then Gruden stopped giving him the ball.
