Its going to be interesting to see if the Dabo ends up bailing on Clemson to the jag's and Myer takes over at Clemson.I dont think Dabo wants life without Vent his DC at Oklahoma & Virginia getting Tony Elliott his OC.
Next yr is a big yr for Dabo and Clemson.

Dak just let Washington back in the game with a pick six. 27-21 pending PAT.

ETA: Lolz PAT block 27-20 Dallas.

Urban to Clemson after Dabo is one of the most extreme culture changes I could think of.

Ohh I agree and I dont know why the Jags even thought Urban could pull that off!.Urban trying his best to get fired at this point so he can still get paid.
I think the Bar video cost him any college jobs he would have walked or this yr.But he wont make the end of the season!.

As for Dabo this will be his first time as a Solo artist at Clemson as they say so we will see?

Wherever Dabo can go he won’t have those two. Don’t see how that’s going to help him. Don’t think he goes anywhere. Will be content in his briar patch. JMO.

Mac not playing today, but Lawrence and Wilson making him look even better lol.

I know Mac landed with a better organization, but the Pats don't have a legit WR1 and their OL played pretty poorly the first 5-6 games of the season. The narrative that he's succeeding only because he went to New England is BS. Both Mac and Tua are playing very well. And if Tua just had an average OL, I think you'd see him at a Pro Bowl level.

No it won’t. It’s the first time he’s had to deal with Saban level assistant turnover but he had Chaggy Morris as OC before Elliot and Mike Stoops as DC before Venables.

He brought Venables on board after West Virginia put 70 on them in the Orange Bowl, the defense started matching the offense in performance and they went from a regular just solid 10 win team to a regular title contender.

The question isn’t can he do it because he’s already done it once. The question is can he do it again. That’s the amazing thing about Saban. It’s one thing to make good hires once or twice. It’s another entirely to do it over and over and over.

If he makes a good hire it could be a blessing in disguise on the defensive side. They still look ok in the weak assed ACC, but they were inept defensively in their 2019 and 2020 playoff appearances. Even though the score didn’t show it, Bama went up and down the field on them in 2018 too. Venables wasn’t getting fired but good teams have started to figure them out.
