Jaylen Forbes is visiting today. He's a volume scorer. Averaging like 20 ppg, but shooting 35% or something awful in EYBL.

Kira Lewis visited Kentucky with his family yesterday. Everyone thought he may receive an offer, but he didn’t. Cal told him they’d continue to watch him throughout July and then potentially offer him. That’s good for us.

Hopefully Kira realizes that he won't get playing time right away at UK and appreciates the school that's putting in the most effort to get him.

Just an update, but Memphis is now favored for Watford in the CB 60-40. Probably just a result of the Hurts article. I still think that's being overblown. Memphis is the only team both guys are mutually considering so if Watford is going to mention a school to him, they would seem to be the logical choice to bring up. It's concerning, but unless there's more smoke that we're just not seeing, it seems like an overreaction.
If he is a silent commit though, I'm going to scream foul at the top of my lungs. They offered the kid less than 2 months ago, he has 2 schools that have deep connections and have been the assumed leaders, they are not a blue blood school, and they recently hired 2 AAU team owners to run the show. Only $$$ can change a kid's tune that quick.

Top 8, 12, 15, 20 etc is so dumb. I understand athletes love the attention, but 5 teams at most ever really have a shot and normally it's only 2-3 teams.

If that happens, there will be a lot of folks around here melting. All I heard during the season was that we needed to keep Avery because of his relationships
