I'm pretty confident that we'll get Kira, Trendon has so many options that while we appear to be the leader, I won't be confident until he signs on the dotted line.
I'm more confident on Watford. He watches our games and openly roots for our team on the regular. He also really loves the staff and has a very good friend on the team. I'd be pretty shocked if he went elsewhere.

Yea, most predictions have him signing here, but you just never know with a player that highly rated. Still keeping my fingers crossed.

Our staff has built a relationship with TW and KL from day one...Relationships in recruiting matter more these days than just simply picking a blue blood over a less traditional team. Lewis is also basically a Bama legacy and herb Jones is like family to the Watfords so we re in a strong position.

I’ve heard that Trendon is definitely interested in possibly going to a Blue Blood (UK) but Alabama has built a really strong relationship. Let’s just hope UK doesn’t go hard after him. Alabama is definitely the clear leader at this point tho

So what are y’all expecting out of Tevin Mack? I’m really excited about him. Think he could be our leading scorer next year? If not him, then who will be? Petty?

Im with u Bama15, I think the blue blood thing is overdone sometimes, relationships do carry far more weight these days. I think it's even better that trendon and Kira are playing on same AAU team. Avery has been serious about landing the instate guys and I don't think we ve lost any yet.

I think Mack can be a 15-16 PPG giy every night. Would expect petty, he, and hall to be our top 3. Could be a very balanced team also with Ingram and key...If key doesn't leave.

Mack around 12-14ppg...only behind Petty.
I got to thinking, I think Pettys struggle away from Coleman were related to not being familiar or comfortable with the backdrop/depth perception of these other arenas...similar to a batters eye in baseball.

Are there any concerns about him having attitude problems like he had at his former school. Hopefully he has grown up a little and doesn't get his panties in a wad if things don't go his way.

Has anyone taken the Coleman Coliseum survey? It seemed like all the proposed enhancements were geared toward people who were willing to drop 5k+ per seat.

yeah, but maybe having some pricey options in other locations will get the high-brows who only come to the big games away from the best sideline seats that are in camera view.

I took the survey the other day and mentioned every chance I got to quit incentivising Tide Pride people to buy basketball tickets for football purposes and to move the student seating over. It was a lot longer of a survey than I thought it would be. I really hope this renovation can create a halfway decent atmosphere

Survey was sent to season ticket holders via e-mail. it even made you put in the e-mail the link was sent to before you fill out the survey.

Drop the capacity to 10,500-12,000, move the seats closer, and put the students in a better spot where they can have more impact on the game.
Thats all I ask Byrne

Yeah, seems like a slightly higher luxury area that still has good views may appeal even more to the older season ticket holders. That would seem ideal and keep rows right around the court full even for lower profile games.

@Bama_Roundball
I hope this means Key has decided to stay

I hope Braxton stays too but we are currently at 14 scholarship players, one over the limit. Someone has to transfer. People always talk about putting Jr. off scholarship but I don't think that they are going to do that to be honest.

Remember St. Mary’s was left out of the tourney this past season bc they didn’t play anyone? Well, they didn’t learn. They backed out of the 2018 Diamond Head Classic that included teams like Rhode Island, UNLV, Colorado, Indiana State and Hawaii. Their excuse was ‘scheduling conflicts’ lol. What a joke. LINK
