Oh, right. I think I tried to stream it from their website before but you have to log in with cable provider or whatever. I just have roku and slingtv. Looks like I'll have to watch one of those glitchy offshore sites for that game.

I have CBS Sports Network on Dish Network. I think it's channel 154 or somewhere around that

I don't have any trouble getting it. Just lame that a game between two possible tournament teams doesn't get better exposure

Thinking about getting season tickets, $175 seems like an incredible value for what’s the most hyped team (preseason) in my adult lifetime. Any st holders have anything to add?

Nothing to add, but I got the $175 ticket as well. Absurd price. Got a whole season of bball tickets for basically the price of one Iron Bowl ticket.

I'm pretty good (like most of you I'm sure) with my Ala basketball history but noticed this today below in a post about UNC.

So I asked my UNC friend about the '24 banner, knowing the tourney didn't start until much later. He said they were awarded the title that year from Helms or someone so I checked out their schedule.

They went 24-0 and beat Ala in the title game of the Southern Conference tourney in ATL, 26-18. I had never heard of that game before.

Anywhere to see a schedule/results from that season?

All I can find is that we went 12-4 (5-1). NC was named champions retroactively by Helms and Primo-Porretta. Helms started in 1936, PP in 1995.

We went 20-0 (10-0) in 1929-30. We're named national champions by Premo-Porretta.

Hank Crisp was our coach for both seasons.

I really wish they would reference all the seasons on rolltide.com in the archives. I wouldn't imagine funding is an issue.

where's our '29-30 title banner?

I hadn't a buddy buy those a couple years ago during Avery's first season and went to several games with him. The seats themselves that he got were awful- in a corner way up- but it was never a problem moving down in the mid week and non conference games. The Saturday conference games were more difficult for him to move closer for but all in all a great deal.

Going to try to make sure there is someone in my seat for every game.

Avery, Pettway, and what looked like some recruits were at Sweet Home Food Bar this morning. Sounded like they were having a good time.

That's from Bama Mixtape. Not sure if that is 100% accurate, but if you know anything about measurements in basketball, player height is measured in shoes. If he is truly 6'7 3/4" without shoes, that'll land him between 6'9 to 6'10 in shoes. That's ridiculous for a SG/SF.

You can probably sell Auburn/Oklahoma and recoup your entire ticket value too

That's what I've always done. I have no problem selling 2-3 games to pay for a season

Tim Watts and Hank South both put in CB picks today for Butler to Bama. Bama has 100% of the picks

Wish I could say the same thing. Last I heard we were trailing, but we had parents in our corner. That was before UVA took the commit from the kid from Cali. Hope we’ve been able to make up enough ground since then. We want him badly and see him as a potential day 1 starter.
