Bottom line:
Baker accepted money. Met with Sexton's dad to give it to him, and that's where the info ends. No proof of Sexton's dad receiving any money. If there's no proof, then Collin is good to go. If not, then he's probably ineligible unless he didn't know his dad was doing that

I mean....Scam's dad was recorded on the phone asking for money and didnt shite happen to Auburn.

Well, this fvckin sucks.
I thought Sexton would tear his ACL or something, but I never thought he'd be in the middle of an FBI/Justice Department/NCAA investigation.
We just can't have nice things.

The FBI docs do not say anything about a transaction (or even discussion) between "Staff Member 1" and the Student Athlete Father.
So, solely from those docs, we are good there. But who knows.

My hope with our press release and what Cecil's report says, if Baker admitted that he gave Sexton's dad money, we wouldn't have released our statement like it was written.
