Well, he was an all-Conference player and the best player on the team at Texas. I would say that common sense tells us that someone like him is unlikely to come here and sit the bench after a year in the program where he's matured even more.

Trendon Watford posted something on twitter saying everyone's sleeping on Herb Jones. Hopefully Herb can talk in his ear a little and recruit him

It doesn't seem like we're recruiting him. If we are, we aren't recruiting him hard.
And yeah it's honestly a joke that the only people covering Bama basketball recruiting are a couple of twitter accounts and Cecil Hurt. It just annoys me the pay to view sites dig and dig for every little nugget they can for football but stay quiet with basketball. And I don't want to hear their excuse that "There's not much info for basketball like there is football". If a fan on twitter is giving us a ton of news like @BamaRoundball does, then so can the other sites. Rant over.

Yeah I can't wait! I would love to go 3-0 in this tour, but 2-1 would be good. U have to remember that Carleton University wins the title every year basically and they rarely lose. They destroyed Wichita State last year too by like 20+ points. They also beat Wisconsin a few years ago the year they made the Final 4. We could very well lose to them. Hopefully we'll be ready tho.

Mitchell Robinson is reportedly no longer on Western Kentucky's campus. I'm not sure I've ever seen a team have as bad an offseason as them.

I saw a screenshot on twitter of an article talking about Robinson. They said he never told the coaches he was leaving. He just cleaned out his dorm, left school, and went home to Louisiana. When practice rolled around and he didn't show up, the coaches found his room cleaned out and then found out he went home. I would hate to have a kid like that on my team.
