I think it might have more to do with how summer workouts are going. There's a ton of talent on campus. Coaches are very optimistic. Gonna be a fun season. Hope y'all have your season tickets.

These schools have reached out to Kira Lewis since midnight (this is when coaches could begin having contact with 2019 recruits)

Yep. Pitino has had some shady dealings in the past. Louisville should have gotten hammered. Should have lost a few scholarships and a one year post season ban IMO
What the coaches are learning is if you are a big enough name for your program i.e. Pitino or Cal or Freeze, your school will keep you around and take the hit as long as you keep winning.

Didn't Pearl get suspended for 8 games and later a three year show cause for lying to the NCAA about a cookout? I'm not a Pearl fan, but it seems ridiculous his punishment was significantly worse than Pitino's.
