I'm bored at work so here are my stat projections for each player next year...
PG - Sexton - 19 PPG, 4.5 APG, 3 RPG
SG - Petty - 10 PPG, 2 APG, 4 RPG
SF - Norris - 7.5 PPG, 5 RPG, 42% 3FG
PF - Key - 11 PPG, 6.5 RPG, 3 APG
C - Hall - 6.5 PPG 7 RPG 2 BPG
6 - Ingram - 10 PPG, 4 APG, 4 RPG
7 - Giddens - 7 PPG, 5.5 RPG, 1.2 BPG
8 - Avery Johnson Jr. - 4 PPG, 1.5 APG
9A - Alex Reese - 2.5 PPG, 2 RPG, 45% FG
9B - Herb Jones - 4 PPG, 1.5 RPG, 1 APG
11. Davis - 4 PPG, .5 APG, 30% 3FG
12. Smith - .5 PPG, 1.5 RPG, .5 BPG
13. Schaffer - 1.5 PPG, 1 APG, 45% 3FG
Breakdown:
- Starters - 9B is the regular rotation while Davis sees extended spot minutes in certain games as a spark plug.
- Ingram starts on the bench to make the rotation smoother, but plays 3rd most minutes.
- How much Avery Jr. plays will be interesting. Considering how much Ingram, Sexton and Key will be playing, I'd hope it's more sparingly than what I projected.
- Norris plays some spot minutes at the 4, as will Giddens.

Q&A with 4-star Will Richardson

With Alabama, what do you know about them? They just offered. Coach Avery (Johnson) is a very good coach. And coach Yasir (Rosemond) has been recruiting me since my tenth grade. He was the first coach to offer me and we've been close ever since.

If we had a game where all players met their average for points in your scenario, we would have 97 points.
Feels way too optimistic to me, how many points are you thinking we will average as team next year?

The sum of PPG for players is not the same as PPG for a team. Every player is not going to play every game hence why I have Davis averaging 4 PPG, but out of the normal rotation. It might be slightly high, but I'm hoping for low 80s or high 70s.
Updated it to make it a little more realistic.

I wouldn't mind redshirting Davis. Then if our recruiting class is good tell him to grad transfer. If it's bad keep him.

DJ Stewart has three picks to Miss State now, but two of those guys are Miss State writers who seem to pick every in state guy to go there.

Do y'all have an update on Diante Wood?
According to AU pay site he named AU his leader following camp at AU + claim he could move up his commitment if AU pushes for it
AU basketball recruiting writers are rarely spot on though. I know Bama caught back up with AU for awhile not long ago

I definitely think y'all will land him. For whatever reason I think we backed off because I haven't heard much on him lately. Maybe we liked the Mississippi kids we keep going after more or maybe we felt like he was too much of an AU-lean.
Any thoughts on why Myreon Jones seems to be blacklisted by the high-majors?
