We had an assistant at the City of Palms again watching Spain Park and Montverde. I'm assuming we will watch Darius Perry later in the day.

Yeah it seems like he may not be academically qualified at the end of the year. We need to go find a JUCO body.

With Saturday having a full slate of college games there weren’t many coaches in attendance, but Alabama dispatched an assistant to watch him on Saturday. Fernando has a handful of high-major suitors that are keeping in touch. “ SMU, Alabama, Tennessee, Auburn, LSU and I started talking to Duke a few days ago,” Fernando said. “Those schools are the schools that keep in touch the most.” “I feel like it’s no pressure for me,” he added. “It’s a blessing with all the schools and knowing what I came from, I’ve been here for six months and it’s just a blessing.”

The interest from the Blue Devils certainly caught Fernando’s eye. “I mean that’s great,” he said of their interest. “When I heard about Duke, I was excited. I mean, that’s Duke. Not everybody can get Duke. I feel good about it.”

There has been talk that Fernando could return to Montverde and do a post-graduate season, but he said he’d prefer to go to school this year. “I’m not thinking about staying at Montverde for another year,” he said. “I’m trying to get focused on school to get it done so I can get eligible to go to college.”

He had been playing really well the past couple weeks. Sucks that he's playing like that when you get to go watch.

Ferguson finished the game 1-10, banked in a 3 pointer with 1 second left.

The point guard for API, Trevon Duval, WOW!

GOD in Heaven, please bring us Trevon.

I really hope we can get Reese. Avery has been on him hard and Reese has showed interest since AG was here

A link to the API vs Hillcrest game from Saturday.

Terrance Ferguson had an off game, shooting 1-10, but played elite defense despite the poor shooting, didn't pout and disappear.

Rebounding was hard to judge because API had 3 elite inside players who handled this aspect.

I wish Ferguson would bring Trevon Duval, his point guard, with him magnificent player, one and done. He has mentioned some interest in Alabama in the past.

As far as I know, none of the big guys have been mentioned with Alabama, and one has already signed with Cincinnati, another with Baylor.

The biggest one Billy Preston is a super player 6-10 233, but seems interested in Kansas and Arizona.

Here is the game if anyone interested in watching a replay:

Can't find anything on the guy. Unless he's a registered sex offender from Texas, Google doesn't know of him. Weird that that many schools are inquiring about a complete unknown.
