Ok I've been flipping back and forth on whether to keep Goff. This win let's me know we're not dead. He usually has a bad year in Year 1 at every school. I still don't like how he treated the alumni, but if he can fix those problems, I say he should get 1 more year. If he doesn't do a lot better next year, fire him.
