JMO but the red warning light is blinking on this team. It appears this is a very happy team with that final four finish.

Eh…defense has been fine for the most part. They had 1 kid get absurdly hot and make contested shot after contested shot. Last night was literally their Super Bowl and they played/shot above their means

I think "fine" is where I would slot it right now. We have moments where it can be pretty good. We have legitimate concerns in places that weren't supposed to be concerns.

I think people have unrealistic expectations for this year. I think after that Final 4 run, a lot of people looked at this team and thought they'd be nearly unbeatable. In reality, they’re much better than last year's team that just happened to win at the right time. It's not a perfect team, but it will continue to mesh as the season goes on. They're very deep, with a lot of very good players. BUT, none of those players are really superstars. It's just an incredibly deep team of "good" players.

I still think their ceiling is sky high, but they're not going to dominate every game. I think Oats is still tinkering and seeing what he’s got. I, personally, think Oats' system works best when it's guard heavy. I don't think we'll be seeing a starting lineup of Sears, Reid, Stevenson, Nelson, and Cliff again this year. I don't know what the frick that was other than an attempt to see of we could overwhelm them (and future teams) with size.

All in all, I think this will be Nate's best all-around team, no matter how far they go in March. And they could go all the way, or lose in the second round.

Last I got the impression, this team can beat any team and this team could lose to any team.
