1. Convert 3rd and short runs. We have to create some type of drive sustaining conversions on 3rd down not only to maintain possession, but to take away any crowd noise.

2. No strip sack type fumbles that are devastating. A long pass interception on 3rd and long is not the same momentum changer as a fumble in the backfield.

3. Kicking. Make the FGs . Very demoralizing to drive down and come away with 0 points. BTW, Alabama has only missed 2 FGs at Auburn since the 2013kicking debacle. A 30 yarder in '19, yuck. And a Will Reichard 42 yarder last time.

I'm certain there are plenty more keys to success, but if we can handle the above 3, we should be in good shape.

There is one key.

Wake our starting QB up from whatever the heck this is he is doing, going through, whatever.

I think no turnovers and physicality against the run are really it.

We can rule out number 3. No chance Talty makes a single kick in JH. I'll also be shocked if Simpson doesn't fumble at least once because they'll be coming after him hard, plus it's Jordan-Hare...

Hopefully Simpson got it out of his system after 7 straight games.
