Worsham was outplayed last year by their other receiver who went to Awbarn.
I was very high on Worsham and thought the other kid being a senior was just a little advanced because of class. But Worsham never really showed out in the couple of games I watched

One of the top insider posters on BOL: "Been saying for months he (Worsham) wont be in this class. Three more currently committed are not even viewed as a part of this class by the staff."

My guesses are Clark, Jayson Jones (or maybe Latham) and Morton being the 3 he's referring to.

He also said he'll be surprised if Kayshon Boutte is not in Bama's class.

LINK ]Who is Alabama targeting at WR? (BOL-VIP)

Arian Smith

Hank posted this new article tonight. I've updated the WR section of the 1st post accordingly.

The article says Kayshon Boutte visited Bama for 3 days in June and told Hank that it's 50-50 Bama and LSU, despite his commitment to LSU.

It also says that EJ Williams and Bryan Robinson have said they want to visit Bama this summer, probably for the 2nd cookout in late July before the August dead period.

In early June, EJ Williams said Bama leads and that he'd probably take his OV to Bama in June. Instead he took OVs to LSU and AU. Per his 247 timeline, he hasn't visited Clemson or Bama since their Junior Days in Jan and Feb. He plans to announce in late August.

Xzavier Henderson, Arian Smith and Darin Turner visited Bama in June. Bama's staff loves Smith and Henderson. Both are burners, especially Smith -- his 100m time is even a little better than Henry Ruggs.

While you were posting that question, I was editing my post above to add Clark, Jayson Jones (or maybe Latham) and Morton as the three I guess he's referring to. They and Worsham were some of the earliest 2020 class commitments and it appears Bama will probably land better players at their positions.

I think our class is going to be great,it's a Saban class after all; but who is impressed by our OL prospects? Any body have any deep insight?

We loaded up on great OL last year and don't believe this is a deep OL year anyways.

I've posted on Miami boards since Bama got hit with ncaa sanctions, so I've seen it all. I got to WEZ for ishts and giggles

I wouldn't mind Miami getting back some of their swagger. FSU too. It'll come, especially sure about FSU, but I don't think with this coach. Will be interesting to see how the new staff at Miami will do.

Xavier Hill a major pickup in UA’s eyes

A couple of Alabama’s recent commitments may fly under the radar as “sleeper” prospects, but that isn’t the case with  LINK ]Xavier Hill who the Tide staff coveted. Hill is from Mississippi and hasn’t been a staple on the summer camp circuit (mainly due to recovering from a shoulder issue), but the Tide staff loves the quick-twitch, long, interior lineman. Keep an eye on his stock as a senior as word begins to spread on him even more. -- Tim Watts

Bradley Bozeman, Chance Warmack, and Anthony Steen were 3* OL that worked out pretty well for us.

Don't know why people downvoted you.

It's the truth.

This class (2020) isn't really deep with OL. Last years was and we loaded up.

DEFENSIVE LINE MVP: Jaquelin Roy

What stood out most all day about Roy is that he plays violent and fast and he has a relentless motor to attack the offensive linemen and get in the backfield. The former LSU commit did an excellent job of beating offensive linemen because of his speed and he also had great counter moves to win reps. The four-star prospect is listed at 310 pounds but he’s down to 285, still with incredible strength but now some extra speed to make him even better throughout the camp.

He outplayed a bunch of guys ranked way higher than him. This kid is a stud.

Yep. Bama's great 2019-class OL haul and OL talent already on the roster, make it hard to land OLs in the 2020 class but it's also not a big need. McLaughlin, George and Hill will probably all be redshirted and they have the upside potential to be developed into excellent OLs. So, taking them makes sense. Also, Jayson Jones could end up playing OL, and Grad transfer Dickerson is a nice pickup too. I think Bama's done with OL in this cycle, except for possibly landing OL/DL players such as Omari Thomas or Justin Rogers.
