We need a coach to step up and instill confidence in his team. This team looks beyond mediocre, and it's pretty unacceptable for the talent we have on this roster. Avery said it himself- he pointed to year 3 for things to break out. We looked almost exactly the same, outside of a few spurts from Sexton.

Next time we hire a coach can we please get someone who actually coaches offense. Tennessee has 1/5 the talent of us but is 10x better and more entertaining.

We honestly look sort of worse outside of Sexton and the occasional Petty burst. At least Avery's first two years the team had an identity. I can't think of one thing this team is good at.

Good lord, u people I swear. We've played a tough schedule with a very young team. Mediocre is what we've been for a decade , it's a little early to be giving up.

I'm gonna keep watching, so I wouldn't say I'm giving up. Be honest though- we're 0-3 against P5 schools. We have one good win, and it came because Rhode Island didn't show up. We haven't looked good all year.

I don't think you'll find many Bama fans that dislike Avery. Guy has an infectious personality, has done a good job of marketing the program, and can obviously recruit. But it's all for nothing if you can't get meaningful wins, and right now, we look like a team that's going to have an abysmal record vs the quality teams in the SEC.
