I agree...He's developed alot which is the point . Hes projected early 2nd Rd so late 1st isn't unattainable. Selfishly I'd love for him to come back bcz we ll still have giddens and Fleming will be coming onboard, along with Alex Reese being here now. We could have a very good front court.

Yea - I think he could definitely develop a decent mid-range jumper. Like you said, his footwork and moves around the basket have improved night and day from his first year. He used to basically just dunk and block shots into the 7th row. He's got some legitimate, athletic post moves now.
Honestly, I don't think we feature him enough in the offense right now. Especially when we start struggling and playing crazy.

In an email I got today from Bama, an ad said the basketball team is doing a buy one, get one free ticket to the A&M game. That's a pretty good deal for a game against a top 15 team. A lot of people will be out of town for that game so even if the tickets you buy suck, you'll be able to move down to much better spots.

Felt like the Rhode Island was a huge one after the UCF loss and we gutted it out.
Feel like the Texas game is pretty gigantic right now. With A&M right after it we really need to play a complete game, get a good win against another bubble type team and finish 8-3 in the non conference.
Can't say I'm confident but Texas just had a very similar game against a worse team, so who knows.

I will say though when Sexton and Petty get going and are finding each other on offense, we are exciting to watch.

Lol u don't see us making the tournament? Sexton alone puts us in the tournament and we re already better offensively than the last 2 yrs. We won't play beyond 9 guys the rest of the year. We have a top 6 schedule and have won most of the games so far. Every team except Alabama a&m is pretty good or very good. We will improve

I'm still holding out hope but I'm not nearly as confident as you've been the last few days.

I'm just a pessimistic fan with basketball, so I'll always lean negative. I don't think we're consistent enough to do any better than .500 in conference. I think we lose to Oklahoma and Texas too. That puts us at 17 wins going into the conference tournament. I don't think that gets it done.

Yea - conference season is going to be nerve-wracking as shite.
