I will say Donta,Herb, and Petty 100% will. Idk if Key is allowed to do it again,if he is he will do it also.

Unless it involves getting stuck in a play-in game or possibly winning enough to land a 1 or 2, I honestly don't care where Bama is seeded. To advance out of your region, you're going to have to play the top seeds some time anyhow. If you're a low seed, you've got a hard first game but you'll go into that one rested with more time to prepare for that opponent.
IMO, that's why you see so many 10, 11, 12 seeds pull the first round upsets. They're good enough that they can play with anyone when they're coming off rest and prep, but then the grind hits them.

I was reading the game thread on Tiger rant and thought I would post this one. These folks are special

You wrong, sexton for bama will foul out mid way thru 3rd qtr. Should be a good game. Think tiger fans will be happy with the outcome, stay tuned

I would expect Hall to declare without an agent at the very least after this year. I expect he will be back but He will at least see what he needs to improve on.
Would be stupid not to.
Hall is a weird NBA prospect since he is a bit of a tweener. At 6'9 235, he isn't close to being a NBA 5/C. His size fits the 4/PF but his game doesn't match the NBA's idea for the position.
I think Hall could be drafted as a promising project but he needs to show up to the combine with proof of a developing + promising jump shot, more comfortable with the ball outside the post and some more adv post moves.

I think we're going to have several guys do this. It'll be an interesting offseason.
Unless some guys want the money playing in Europe/Asia, hard to imagine anyone leaving other than Sexton. If I had to guess
Herb: 2020 NBA draft entrant (possible 2019)
Petty: Graduates
Hall: Graduates
Key: 2019 NBA Draft Entrant (Leaves before he should)

I read after the AU v LSU game. Those fans have a tough relationship with reality in all sports.
I like Will Wade + they have a big talent injection next year. Their fans are going to be absolutely unbearable on their way to a ~6th place 10-8 finish

I expect hall to work out and possibly even petty. Hall could be a first rounder if he comes back, scouts already like him because he's a guy that protects the rim and can rim run off P&R. There are guys making a great living in the NBA doing those things. If he can show that jump hook a bit more that'll go a long way

Expect Hall, Petty to test Draft... and both should return... Unless they both catch fire in the tournament.

Those guys are all centers who are taller, weigh more while being just as athletic. To fit that mold, Hall would have to maintain athleticism while gaining 20+lbs which isn't a guarantee.
If Hall can develop serviceable stretch 4 skills, he will have a ton of value as a athletic utility post player who can play the 4/5 for any lineup.

Agreed.
In the NBA, Hall better learn to shoot a 10-15 footer more consistently or get much stronger. He'll be shorter than centers and less athletic than most 4's.

How do you compare him to JaMychal Green right now in his collegiate career?

Great paraphrased article on how Coach John and wife Cassanadra has helped the team
All they need is a home cooked meal and father like attention from their head coach
quote:
“My wife said the psychology was going to be the team meal that she prepared for the boys on Sunday,” Johnson said Tuesday evening. “She said, ‘Rather than going to a psychology book, when they come over to our house on Sunday, why don’t you spend time individually with all of them and let them just see Avery? They’re tired of seeing coach.’ “So, that’s the psychology part of it, just building relationships. She cooked them boys a wonderful meal, and I had a chance to spend time with each one of them and just tried to get inside their minds. And it was good that they had a chance to see Avery. So, rather than read a book, I just spent some intimate time with my players on Sunday at my house.” After eating a New Orleans style meal that featured shrimp and grits, jambalaya and “a little bit of everything” at the Johnson residence on Sunday, Alabama broke its trend of losing weekday games by defeating LSU, 80-65, on Tuesday in Coleman Coliseum.

pretty similar stats in their 3rd year
Green
27.9 minutes/15.5 pts/7.5 Rebs/2.1 blocks/1.4 assist/2.8 turnovers
Hall
23.5 minutes/11.4 points/7.3 rebounds/2.3 blocks/.6 assists/1.4 turnovers
Green's #'s didn't get better his senior year.
couldn't really be much closer

Good pts about a mid range jumper for hall...But DeAndre Jordan doesn't do anything but rim protect and dunk and he's done quite well. I think hall is as skilled with more room to grow

Don't forget his 7'6 wingspan, 9.5 ft standing reach and elite athleticism

I don't see Hall at only 6'9 ~230 surviving as a NBA center. I definitely think he can make it if he can stretch his game

Agreed, but hall isn't chopped liver either at this point. Scouts do like him...That much I know
