Ideally, where the baseball stadium is.

But you can still put another arena in that parking lot.

when they start the rebuild around that bryce property they are going to find all kinds of crazy shite. Long ago people without families were buried back there. yikes.

You could, but if you built the new baseball stadium on Bryce, you could have built a new baseball + basketball facility without playing a single home game off-campus.

And if they built a new baseball stadium by the river, they could have taken advantage of the scenery. Wouldn't make much sense to put a basketball arena down there.
