They're not even remotely similar coming out of high school

Reuben is already at 245-250lbs.

On top of that he's injured, which will make weight control difficult...not to mention irresponsible to try to get significant early PT.

He was better suited for Bama for multiple reasons...but it's his decision.

Most of us are calm. It is not that big of a deal. Championships will do that to you.

Again they're not even close to the same player, Owens had never played LB in high school he couldn't play in space. Foster can, plus BVG likes linebackers his size.

I don't know why any Bama fan would be mad about this. If there is one position we can afford this to happen to, it's linebacker. Our LB crop is the best in the country, hands down. Give me Robert Foster, and I'm happy.

Very few bama fans are mad. And its not likely he will play for bvg.

Willing to bet that Saban told Bo, after what happened with Foster, he couldn't take visits after committing. Better to enjoy the process than not be allowed to.

He may not have gone that far, but I have little doubt that he told him to hold off a little bit and make absolutely sure.

He'll go to Bama, no doubt, but committing so early can add a lot of unnecessary pressure, especially with the heated recruiting battles yall have in state.

shite, some coaches (Urban Meyer) don't even go after guys until they're committed, so they only have to compete against one school. Saban probably didn't want the heat turned up on the kid 2 years before he signs.

You need to check your Twitter because he has sent 4 or 5 tweets about it.

Whatever you say.

We still have Allen, lead for Thomas and possibly Walker. All of which are 5* on 247 so it's really not as big a deal as people make it out to be.

If anything, it's just because he flipped to Auburn, and using the same speech that Yeldon used that blew this up. Auburn needs payback in any way they can find it after that.

OK.Auburn wasn't in his top 4 two days ago, and he recently said "I'm not messing with that school down there anymore" referring to Auburn.Strange.

I'm pretty sure Reuben Foster will end up at Bama. Kirby and Saban aren't going to lose to that arse clown Trooper Taylor and BVG who looks like a character out of a Tim Burton film with a dash of child molester mustache.

I'm not worried, just slightly annoyed.
