yeah hopefully Holcombe can become our Urlacher (or Lee Roy Jordan if we really want to get our hopes way up). who was the last great white linebacker we've had?

Great...Uhh IDK. Reamer was good though. Damn I kind of miss it when we had a team full of seniors that weren't 5 stars and just knew how to play.

I don't think SDH will start but I think that he will play because of the up tempo shite teams will try to run. We will need fresh bodies.

oh i want badly for Holcombe to be better than Reamer. Reamer was a smart and talented player, but after all his injuries he lost a lot of his athleticism. He was a great safety for Hoover HS and even made a few plays as a safety for Shula.

I think he will be like Sean Lee for the Cowbowys minus the injuries. Hopefully he can put on weight.

Back in the 90s we has John Sullins, John Walters and then of course we has Travis Carroll (who I thought was going to be a superstar).

junkie... it's not what you post that matters. It's your intent behind the post. You come off as condescending and a know-it-all.

My advice is to take a chill pill, spend more time thinking about what you post, re-read it before actually posting, and you will be fine. Some of what you post I agree with... other things I don't. That's what makes a forum. Just my thoughts and Roll Tide.

Seems like Coker has been getting all the hype the past few days. WVU is gonna be an interesting game.

Yep. Said it on CFL too. Gushed over Coker though. Found it interesting.

After he transferred to UF, he was on that 1999 team that we beat in Gainesville.

Do y'all think Leon Brown will regain his starting spot?

Tough to say. He's gonna have to earn it, and Shank has had a good camp.

Maybe try him at LG to push Arie.
