NCAA Makes Ruling On Oklahoma LB Owen Heinecke's Eligibility Case

Oklahoma GM Jim Nagy announced this week that the NCAA has denied a petition that would have awarded Sooners' linebacker Owen Heinecke another year of eligibility.

Nagy said that the Sooners plan to appeal the decision.
