How are guaranteed contracts not the number 1 priority when the CBA is negotiated? I know the contracts won't sound as impressive as they are now, but the money would be real.

Should have guaranteed contracts, like every other sport. If they are expected to expose their bodies, they should have the financial security they are taken care of, if an injury should happen.
