I respect Gardner Minshew. He has maximized all his talent. He is 6 years into an NFL career, with an NFL pension. He isn't some clown who wasted what talent he has. He did the best with what he has.

Yeah but he's not being paid like a superstar. The Raiders aren't a good football team regardless of QB play. Like Billy Mays said, he played better than guys making 3-5x his salary. I'd take that all day.
