When you knock a player out on an illegal hit you need to miss as much time as the injured player with NO PAY, only way to stop the dirty hits.

That was a career threatening, potentially paralyzing flagrant foul! Dude should be suspended min of half a season and subsequently banned for life from the NFL if he ever repeats such a thuggish, vicious hit.
