As a photographer, ever see a picture that makes the moon look really, really big in comparison to say, palm trees on the shore? That's what happened here. That dude only looks close Sean Payton, but really isn't. It's an effect you can get with zoom lenses.

This was explained earlier. The "Coach" is actually a member of the gameday staff. He was never near Payton or the players bench area. He times timeouts and commercial breaks. He is only shown close to Payton here because Payton walked into the shot down the sideline clear of the player/bench area.
