A lawsuit was filed by a Saints fan on behalf of other season ticket holders demanding damages, the case to be handled at a state level and for Roger Goodell to force the replay of the end of the game. District judge Susie Morgan issued a ruling on Thursday in response to the lawsuit, denying all requests from the plaintiffs.

Good. I'm a Saints fan, and I'm embarrassed my all the tantrums being thrown, especially by the head coach. Even the local media has been shameful with its sympathetic and obvious click-baiting articles. The Saints had other chances in that game. They didn't get it done. Grow up.

Ah you're one of those self-flagellating fans, the "we had our chances, etc" folks that have been making a lot of noise as of late. Under normal circumstances I would agree with you. The circumstances that determined this game however are so extraordinary that it may very well set a precedence for future championship games. The Saints were robbed of this one.
