Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan did something pretty cool with their baseball stadium. They turned the second and third floors of it into dorms for approximately 96 students to live in. Check it out...

Its for poor schools who need state money to get their facilities built. If you build dorm rooms or class rooms in a stadium the state will pay subsidies to assist. Florida fans always bring up how Florida State has classrooms in Doak so the state would help fund it.
