Michigan and Michigan State will square off next week in Ann Arbor at 7:30 p.m. ET, which the Ann Arbor Police isn't exactly excited about. Sorry for partying...

Breaking News. There are more incidents at night games due to excessive drinking all day. Back to you, Larry.

from my understanding, it has more to do with the fact that fans get all day to get liquored up and rowdy, which leads to more car accidents and erratic driving, which is very dangerous for police and EMS crews

I attended this game in either 06 or 07 in East Landing with my brother in law. A bunch of hard-drinking rednecks with a different accent. Good people. Cops will have their hands full. ??

Yep. I worked up there on and off for a few years and all my coworkers were State fans. When the Michigan game rolled around it was as intense as the Bama game down here. They could be northern coon-asses.

That doesn't have anything on most SEC night games.
