8 Nebraska Football Players Are Suing The BIG 10
Jeff Hanisch-USA TODAY Sports
Eight players from the Nebraska football team are taking the BIG 10 court over the 2020 canceled season. Brant Banks, Brig Banks, Alante Brown, Jackson Hannah, Garrett Nelson, Ethan Piper, Noa Pola-Gates, and Garrett Snodgrass have released a 13-page complaint, seeking more information on how the conference reached its decision and ultimately seeks to reverse the decision...

“Our Clients want to know whether there was a vote and the details of any vote, and whether the Big Ten followed its own rules in reaching its decision,” attorney Mike Flood, who is representing the group, told the Omaha World-Herald. “Sadly, these student-athletes have no other recourse than filing a lawsuit against their conference.”

Kevin Warren is a a disaster as Big 10 commissioner. He should be run out but likely won't be.

Awesome. Unfortunately, some jerks can ONLY be dealt with in court.

What’s the endgame here? Is there any recourse that can get this season back for them or compensation? The presidents voted, sucks to suck.

Only thing that could save them is BLM. If BLM or the Marxist come out and support it then the cuck Presidents will immediately overturn their decisions to make sure they remain PC to the SJWs.

Except no one in authority has ever confirmed that the presidents voted. And at least one prez said they didn't. The suit could force an official vote. SI.com said today that the vote to postpone would fail.
