I can't make any judgement on the ump. Depending on the situation, I can't say I would disagree with him. There's a big difference between a bit of jawing between competitors and blatant unsportsmanlike behavior (especially if vulgar language was being yelled and there were parents and kids in the stands). If the ump gave them fair warning and told them to shut up and play baseball, then I don't blame him. That's not what sports are about.
