Looking for a spacious, 11,000-square-foot single family residence that's been turned into a basketball court nestled among farm fields in Wilkinson, Indiana? Well, you're in luck...
quote:

Yes, this "house" is the former Wilkinson High School gym built in 1950. Its commercial status has been rezoned to residential and the home has been converted into a space with four bedrooms, three baths, a great room, spacious kitchen, play room and much more.

It's a bizarre, only-in-basketball-crazed-Indiana, real estate offering. The home is just eight miles from the gym in Knightstown where "Hoosiers" was filmed.

The house is listed as pending.

The bed needs a scoreboard above it, toilets look lonely with single sink vanities, and showers look small. I'd get a larger TV and/or put a projector.

Probably the highest grade hardwood flooring in that city.

Nice hardwood throughout the home. And those ceilings!

How the hell are you supposed to practice your free throws with a microwave and cuisinart where the goal should be?

The goal is now over the trash can.

I play golf with a guy here in Monroe who bought the wood from the LA College Court and used it for his floor. Obviously you don't have a free throw line. But that's as close as I can get to this situation.
