That can't be true. I was told Jordan took 2 years off and would have won 8 straight championships had he not "retired". Hardaway needs to check his facts.

He would have. The Rockets were not going to beat the Bulls and I’m a huge Rockets fan. Dream was awesome, but Jordan defensively with Pippen would have crushed the minds of Sam and Kenny. We were a terrible match-up for a postseason with that team. Max would have helped in the first series, but the defensive difference with Jordan playing like the defensive MVP is no comparison.
