Just watching a Portland doughnut shop show where people enjoy waiting in line. Ben &Jerry's free ice cream day in Davidson is a town get together as well.
My favorite, I hate lines, is Times Square TKTS booth. Nothing like it in the world - even in inclement weather....

Noticed after much chipieness last night that not a single player left the playing field until well after game completion. Players have tons of respect for each other. Same in Iron Bowl, players acknowledge the fight more so than fans.

The Grandfather thread reminded me of this. I was in leadership "experience" once and a preliminary assignment was to write our life story. Great exercise and something that you can pass on to your children that their children will have as a story of their legacy. Lost my hard drive and having to do...

Last year people were stating that the game had passed the likes of Saban by. Today, I barely hear anything about the HUNH/spread offenses. Are they ineffective, teams have figured them out or do they just require a superior player or player combo to really succeed? ...

Bama's last possession had me scratching my head from an LSU perspective. With only one timeout Les could not call a TO. That said, down by only 14 with 9:18 left, why not onside kick then? Really looking for knowledgeable football answers as it would have been a conundrum for me. Certainly pin them...
