Emmit Gooden, a four-star defensive end from Brownsville, TN (Haywood HS) announced Thursday night that he has committed to Mississippi State.


He is rated the No. 13 strong-side defensive end in the country and the No. 7 overall player from the state of Tennessee, according to 247 Sports' composite rankings.
