Maybe I've just not heard enough from him, since he's been here, but Aranda seemed a lot more extroverted than usual, in this video. Perhaps that's something he's working on, in order to be ready for a head coaching job. Or maybe it was just a case of him being caught in an outgoing mood.

Sounds like he has had his job cut out for him this past spring. An even slower pace than last year. Wow, he is having to earn his money this season. I hope he can get them ready to play for the fall.

He will have them ready and they will improve week to week during the season. And they will find guys they already have and didn't know how fast they could become ready.
