I would love to see this... The potential of him being our next HC would be the silver lining if we have a crummy season. Coach O is our coach as we speak, so I support him. But I think there would be more upside with Coach Aranda as our HC... my biggest fear is we keep O after a mediocre season, Aranda leaves for a HC gig and kills it where ever he goes.

Dude, that's coaching 101. You don't give too much praise to your team (especially publicly in an interview) to keep them humble and with the right mindset to continue improving everyday. We are going to be good on defense for sure, but Aranda isn't going to come out and tell them that they're world-beaters. What do you think saban is saying about his defense right now?
