The Tennessee Titans released former LSU safety Jamal Adams after the team honored his request to seek a new opportunity.

Adams was selected No. 6 overall by the New York Jets in 2017. He played his first three seasons with the Jets before being traded to Seattle. He played four years with the Seahawks and signed a one-year contract with the Titans this past offseason.
