Brian Kelly Provides Injury Recovery Timelines As Spring Practice Continues On

After a week off for Spring Break, the LSU Football team has returned to practice.

Head coach Brian Kelly spoke with reporters after practice on Tuesday and gave a timeline for when he thinks injured players will return.

When asked about defensive lineman Maason Smith, Kelly said nine players from the two-deep rotation are unavailable for spring practice.

While Kelly did not name specific players, he said eight players, including Smith, are "on schedule to be full go" for summer workouts in June.

Kelly said the lone player that will not be ready until fall camp is running back Armoni Goodwin.
