Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan surprised LSU tight end commit Arik Gilbert with the Gatorade National Football Player of the Year Award on Tuesday.

Gilbert, a five-star prospect from Marietta, Georgia, will sign early with the Tigers on Wednesday and enroll early.
