Multiple sources are reporting that five-star defensive end Shavar Manuel has a new top three schools which includes LSU as well as Florida and Auburn.

Many thought that Florida State was heavily in the mix for Manuel but that is not the case anymore.


Manuel, a 6-4, 271-pound prospect from Bradenton, FL (IMG Academy) is rated the No. 1 defensive end in the country and the No. 1 overall player from the state of Florida for the class of 2016, according to 247 Sports.

He is a consensus five-star prospect on every recruiting websites and hold offers from many major college football programs, including six schools from the SEC.
