Coach O Talks About Recruiting Louisiana Players

During a visit to Lafayette on Tuesday night for the LSU Tiger Tour, new defensive line coach Ed Orgeron received his biggest applause from the crowd when he talked about recruiting players from Louisiana. Per NOLA.com:

"99.9% of the young men who are born in Louisiana dream of playing for LSU," Orgeron said to the crowd. "We're gonna tap into that inner source, we're gonna get after it, we'll get the best players in the state to play here, and stop certain people from crossing that line!"

Those comments drew a cheer from the crowd, but the emphatic Orgeron was not done.

"And if he does cross that line, this is the first face he's gonna see!"
