College Basketball analyst Jeff Goodman with Stadium.com is reporting that LSU freshman guard Javonte Smart will be held out of Saturday's game vs. Vanderbilt.

Holding Javonte out this game is pointless. If there was a problem with his recruitment, this one game won't make any difference because the whole season will be voided. I guess it makes LSU look proactive, like when they suspended WW.

I came from out of state to go to Grad School at LSU...the education I received was second to none...As I sit and watch this unfold I feel this administration under Joe Alluva is really incompetent...This is the same guy with the Duke scandal why would we hire him...Really...It was an offer...Where is the money..I see Kansas offer Zion houses and cars, what did Duke offer, I see John C. behind Derrick Rose fixing ACT Scores, yet not only is the guy still coaching...We need smarter people running the program and there is ESPN and it's host of characters...Vitale (Please), Gottfied, and all who part of the same corruption like Urban Meyer...I could on...But I am so pissed at the Administration right now before getting the facts..Don't ask for my contributions right now to TAF with this BS...Now if Wade and Smart did something wrong then we will learn but we jumped too early on this...
