This is the issue. There are a lot more places you have to avoid compared to when I was growing up in the 80s and 90s. Culture has spread along with the lack of emotional regulation and higher crime stats that come with it.

Had a tree fall on my house in the 2021 ice storm and they were very easy to deal with. That being said, I haven't really price checked them recently.
You're going to need at least 1.5 yards of concrete plus dirt prep and framing cost. I have no idea what a yard is going for these days or what the minimum amount a truck will hold.
