Following LSU's 67-56 loss to Florida on Tuesday night, head coach Matt McMahon provided updates on Mwani Wilkinson and Cam Hayes, who were both out with injuries.

Wilkinson tweaked his shoulder on Saturday vs. Texas A&M, McMahon said. The junior from Las Vegas, Nev., started in the first nine games of the season.

Hayes, who has started the past six games, is day-to-day with an injury from the A&M game. During the Florida game on Tuesday, the broadcast team said it was a knee bone bruise for Hayes. McMahon added that there is no structural damage.

Both need to be playing. Wilkinson can play defense at a high level, rebound, and knock down 3's. And obviously Hayes can create his own shot.
